In its seventh year, the biennial recognition program honors the top minority healthcare executives who are influencing the policy and care delivery models across the country. In doing so, they are also highlighting the continued need to nurture diversity in our organizations.

Pullin explained that Virtua continues to ensure high quality and financial stability, and has created a culture that focuses on providing an outstanding customer experience, achieved by investing in employees and hiring for values. Virtua constantly seeks new opportunities to improve population health and well-being for all patients. For underserved communities, this includes meeting community needs through a variety of outreach programs such as Virtua’s regional Mobile Farmer’s Market and participation in Housing First to provide permanent housing for homeless individuals.
