Winslow Twp. Man Charged in Death of 75-Year Old Father

On Dec. 30, 2022, at approximately 3:13 a.m., Winslow Twp. Police Officers were dispatched to a home on Kresson Court for a report of a dispute between 75-year-old Joseph Mastranduono Sr., and his 44-year-old son, Joseph Mastranduono Jr.

A Winslow Township man has been charged in the death of his 75-year-old father, reported Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Winslow Township Police Chief Donald Lemons.

On Friday, December 30, 2022, at approximately 3:13 a.m., Winslow Township Police Officers were dispatched to a home on Kresson Court for a report of a dispute between 75-year-old Joseph Mastranduono Sr., and his 44-year-old son, Joseph Mastranduono Jr.


Officers arrived at the home and located an unresponsive Joseph Mastranduono Sr. At 4:34 a.m., Joseph Mastranduono Sr. was pronounced deceased at Jefferson Washington Township Hospital.

An investigation was conducted by detectives of the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit and Winslow Township Police detectives that resulted in Joseph Mastranduono Jr. being charged with first-degree Aggravated Manslaughter.

Joseph Mastranduono Jr. is currently hospitalized, and he will be transported to Camden County Correctional Facility when he is released from the hospital.

All persons charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
