On Wednesday, April 13, 2022, the Brooklawn Planning and Zoning Board will hear the application of High Life Cannabis Dispensary, Inc. to open and operate an Adult-Use Cannabis Dispensary in the existing shopping center.
The subject property is located in the Shopping Center District as well as within the Redevelopment Area Overlay Zone.

The specific location is within the overall shopping center and is located on Block 125 Lot 1 in the small building closest to Crescent Boulevard.
The Applicant may also apply for such variance relief, exceptions, waivers, permits, approvals, or licenses that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the Applicant or the Board, and which may arise during the course of the hearing process.
The initial public hearing has been set for Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 301 Christiana Street.

The maps, plans, plans, and applications for approval of this matter are on file with the Planning Board Secretary and are available for inspection in the Town Clerk’s office at the Municipal Building during normal business hours.
