Authorities Investigating Shooting of 17-Year-Old Male in Pennsauken

The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Pennsauken Police department are investigating the shooting of a 17-year-old male in the 7500 block of Maple Avenue in Pennsauken on Saturday, October 8, 2022, reported Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Pennsauken Acting Police Chief Phillip Olivo.

A 911 call was received on Saturday at 11:58 a.m., with a report of a shooting that occurred in the 7500 block of Maple Avenue in Pennsauken. Pennsauken Police officers responded to the scene and located a 17-year-old male of Marlton who was suffering from a gunshot wound.


The male was transported to Cooper University Hospital for his injuries and remains hospitalized in stable condition.

This investigation is active and ongoing.

It doesn’t matter where you live anymore or go anywhere. Im in constant protection mode and it’s nerve racking!!! Sad that ppl can’t go or do anything anywhere We all need to be aware !!!!
