Extra Space Storage Property, Former Site of the Pennant East/Dick Lee’s, Sold for $18.9M

The property located at 141 Kings Highway, Bellmawr, which is now the site of an Extra Space Storage Facility, sold for $18,900,00 on September 30, 2021, property tax records show.

Before the property was redeveloped into a three-story self-storage facility, it was the site of the long-closed Pennant East and Dick Lee’s nightclub.

A search of the sales history shows that the property sold for $1,490,000 on December 19, 2019, and before that, it sold for $290,000 on June 27, 2018.
