Former Clancy’s Pub Property, Now Empire Sports Bar, Sold for $450,000

The former Clancy’s Pub, 304 Crescent Boulevard, Brooklawn sold in late December, 2021 for $450,000, property tax records show.

In November, 2021 Mark Matthews of 42 Freeway reported that Derviş Aktürk, owner of the Empire Diner, had taken ownership of Clancy’s Pub and the establishment is being rebranded as the Empire Sports Bar & Grill.

Renovations are currently underway and ongoing.
