Kingsway Employee Charged With Misconduct; Endangering Welfare of 14-Year Old Student

Authorities have charged Kingway School District employee, Kimberly Pinkham, with misconduct and endangering the welfare of a 14-year old student.

Kimberly Pinkham, 38, of Mullica Hill, an employee of the Kingsway School District, has been criminally charged by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office with Official Misconduct and Endangering the Welfare of a Child after a three-month long investigation assisted by both the Woolwich Township Police Department and the Kingsway School District.

Pinkham, an employee of the Kingsway School District since 2006, was assigned as the Media Specialist in the District.


Pinkham surrendered at the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s office on May 10, 2019 and was released pending a first appearance in Gloucester County Superior Court in Woodbury on June 20, 2019.

The allegations against Pinkham were reported to law enforcement by the Kingsway School District. Pinkham was suspended with pay by the District on February 14, 2019.

According to the charges, Pinkham engaged in sexual conduct which impaired or debauched the morals of a 14-year-old student.

Pinkham utilized her position within the school district to form an inappropriate instructor/student relationship where she engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct with the student both during school hours and after.

All persons charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven otherwise in a court of law.
