Mantua, Turnersville Students Awarded $500 College Scholarships

Alana Gvozdenovich, of Mantua,, and Kylie Howard, of Turnersville, both GCIT graduates, have been awarded $500 college scholarships.

(Woodbury, NJ) – Gloucester County Freeholder Heather Simmons presented $500 scholarship awards from the New Jersey Association of Counties (NJAC) Foundation through Investors Bank Foundation, and certificates of achievement from the Gloucester County Board of Chosen Freeholders at the July 24, 2019 meeting to two GCIT graduates who will be studying at state colleges in the fall.


Alana Gvozdenovich of Mantua will be attending Rutgers University-Camden and intends to study Nursing.

Kylie Howard of Turnersville will be attending Rowan University this fall and intends to study Chemical Engineering.

Freeholder Simmons said, “We are proud of these bright students and the future that are ahead of them and we are grateful to the NJAC Foundation and Investors Bank for making these financial awards available.”
