MidAtlantic Engineering Partners (MidAtlantic), a primary team partner of the 2023 Smart Growth Award Winning One Thompson Place project developed by Pennrose Properties, will be recognized for its outstanding engineering services during the annual Smart Growth Awards Showcase event being held in October.

The One Thompson Place project includes the development of a 70-unit one-, two,- and three-bedroom apartment complex located on a previously underutilized municipal parking lot in the Town of Dover, New Jersey.
One Thompson Avenue apartments were designed to be affordable at a variety of income tiers, with many designated for veterans and individuals with special needs. All residents are provided with access to on-site support services, along with additional amenities. The project fulfills Dover’s master plan, adds density, mirrors local architecture, and provides the first affordable housing development in Dover in over a decade.
MidAtlantic provided civil engineering, surveying, and permitting services in support of One Thompson Place.
