Mt. Ephraim’s Giant Fitness Looks to Expand; 3,000 Sq. Ft. Addition Proposed

On Monday, June 13, 2022, the Mt. Ephraim Planning Board will hear the application of Giant Fitness Mt. Ephraim, LLC, c/o Sam Balducci, Sr., for site plan approval for property located at 237 S. Black Horse Pike.

The purpose of the application is to request site plan approval to construct a 3,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing fitness center.

Applicant seeks all other variances, waivers and/or approvals deemed necessary by the Planning Board.

A public hearing will take place on Monday, June 13, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Mt. Ephraim Municipal Building, 121 S. Black Horse Pike.
