Margate, NJ (September 16, 2020) – Republic Bank embraced a community partnership with Jewish Family Service of Atlantic & Cape May Counties (JFS) by presenting the organization with a $3,000 donation. The funds will benefit agency programs that provide community residents with information and guidance to achieve fiscal responsibility and stability.

“We are grateful to partner with Republic Bank and appreciate their generous contribution,” said Andrea Steinberg, JFS Chief Executive Officer. “It’s imperative to implement programs which support fiscal responsibility such as our vocational, mental health and supportive housing services, especially in today’s economic climate.”
With nearly 48,000 people in Atlantic and Cape May Counties – enough to fill Boardwalk Hall more than three times – living below the poverty line, the donation will support services to assist this segment of our population. From the agency’s Food Pantry to supportive housing, vocational assistance and counseling, many of these clients who are homeless, unemployed or underemployed turn to JFS for assistance.
