Hotels are required to verify their health protocols on an ongoing basis to ensure continued compliance with the most up-to-date global health standards.

In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, Resorts Casino Hotel developed the “Play Safe, Work Safe” operations plan to create a fun, comfortable and safe environment for all guests and team members.
This plan has incorporated advanced cleaning, sanitization and a bipolar ionization air purification system that is proven to be 99% effective in neutralizing COVID-19.
Safety protocols were also implemented, including mask requirements, enforced social distancing, providing hand sanitizer and hand wipe stations throughout the property, implementing capacity limits at restaurants, mobile hotel check-in/check out, and more.
In addition, all team members were required to complete an extensive training program to ensure they follow CDC and industry-wide health and safety guidelines prior to returning to work.
