Sale of Mt. Ephraim’s Spread Eagle Tavern Pending; Application Made to Transfer Liquor License

An application has been made to the Mt. Ephraim Borough Commissioners to transfer the Alcoholic Beverage Plenary Retail Consumption license issued to Spread Investors LLC, (trading as Spread Eagle Tavern) for premises located at 316 West Kings Highway.

The person who will hold an interest in this license is Timothy Lindmeier.

In August, 2021, we reported that the Spread Eagle Tavern was listed for sale for $1,220,000.

As of the time of this posting, the status of the listing is “pending.”
