Senior Residential Health Care Facility Planned for Closed Runnemede’s LaQuinta Inn & Suites

A senior residential health care facility, which will include an adult day care operation is planned for Runnemede’s closed LaQuinta Inn and Suites, at 109 East 9th Avenue, according to a recently published Legal Notice.

The Runnemede Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Runnemede Municipal Building on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to hear the application of Tapestry Runnemede LLC.

According to the Legal Notice, the nature of the application is an “adaptive reuse of vacant seven (7) story hotel as a senior residential health care facility, including an adult daycare operation.”

A copy of the application and any relevant maps and supporting data will be on file 14 days prior to the hearing date for simple applications and 21 days for complex applications with the Secretary of Zoning/Planning Board, 24 North Black Horse Pike during regular business hours.
