Stratford Joint Land Use Board to Hear Application For Royals Learning Center

The Stratford Joint Land Use Board will hear an application at their regular meeting on September 27, 2018 at 7:00 p.m for Royals Learning Center, Block 10, Lot 1, 814 North White Horse Pike.

The application will be for minor site plan approval and for parking and lot coverage variance.

The subject property is adjacent to Steve’s Grilled Cheese and Quesadilla Company and the Stratford Center, whose tenants include The Best Dollar and South Jersey Pretzel Company.

According to NJ Parcels.com, the property last sold for $240,000 on March 3, 2016.

The meeting will be heard at Stratford Justice Facility, 315 Union Avenue, Stratford, New Jersey at which time the JLUB may take action. The application can be reviewed during normal business hours at the Borough Hall.
