Vantage Commercial is pleased to announce another successful lease, this time at Heritage Square Shopping Center in Cherry Hill, NJ. Monica Walsh, Director of Client Services, guided the tenant, Mid Atlantic Hearing, LLC dba Miracle-Ear, in the transaction.

Mid Atlantic Hearing, LLC will be occupying the last available retail space at Heritage Square Shopping Center, located at 1871 Route 70 East.
They will be joining a roster of robust co-tenants in the Panchero-anchored center, including Kayuramen, Good Life Café and MFC Authentics and Framing. They are positioned to benefit from Heritage Square’s location, adjacent to Penn Medicine, with excellent traffic counts, and proximity to dense commercial and residential neighborhoods.
Walsh worked closely with Michael Gatto of Miracle-Ear who had an extremely positive experience working with Vantage, in a market where quality retail space is limited in availability.

Walsh was able to assist Gatto in locating the space and securing the lease in a timely fashion.
