Westville’s Former Murphy’s Tavern/Cousins Pub Property Has Sold

Westville’s former Murphy’s Tavern/Cousins Pub has officially sold, according to an April 28, 2022 Facebook post by JK Realty Group.

“This property has 3 fully occupied units on top, and what used to be Cousin’s Irish Pub on the bottom. Excited to see the improvements they make,” the post states.

The property sold for $232,500, according to property records.

As for the liquor license, that has been transferred to Speranza located in downtown Westville at 158 Broadway, as reported by Mark Matthews of 42 Freeway on March 3, 2022.
