Authorities Charge 42-Year Old Bellmawr Man With Possession of Child Pornography

Brian Hill, 42, of Bellmawr, was charged with Possession of Child Pornography, according to Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Bellmawr Police Chief William Walsh.


On March 13, 2019, detectives from the High-Tech Crimes Unit (HTCU) of the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and Members of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) – Cherry Hill Office executed a search warrant for Brian Hill’s residence Hart Avenue in Bellmawr.

Authorities located numerous digital devices in the home that were taken to the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office’s HTCU Forensic Lab to be analyzed.

Brian Hill, who currently works as a legal assistant at the Law Firm Phelan, Hallinan, Diamond, & Jones (Philadelphia, PA), was transported to the Bellmawr Police Department where he was processed and released on a Summons.

The Bellmawr Police Department, the Zone 5 Critical Incident Team, and a Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Electronic Storage Detection K9 dog assisted the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office HTCU Detectives and HSI Cherry Hill on this case.

The investigation is ongoing.

This is the second Bellmawr man who has been charged with possession of child pornography in less than a week. On March 8, authorities charged Paul Howard with possession of child pornography.

All persons charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
