Sanders Home Center, d/b/a The Kitchen & Bath Showroom Planned for Magnolia

A kitchen and bath showroom with inventory storage are planned for Magnolia on the White Horse Pike.

According to a recently published Legal Notice, Sanders Enterprises, Inc., a/k/a Sanders Home Center, doing business as the Kitchen & Bath Showroom, has filed an application to be heard by the Magnolia Planning Board for a kitchen and bath showroom with inventory storage at 721 White Horse Pike, Magnolia.

Sanders Home Center has another location in Turnersville at 201 Route 168.

Among the preliminary and final site plan approvals that are sought include signage variances and a traffic waiver study.

The application is scheduled to be heard on March 27, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at the Magnolia Borough Hall, 438 West Evesham Avenue.
