Bellmawr Planning Board Approves Site Plan for 100 Essex Ave.

The Bellmawr Planning Board recently voted to approve the Site Plan for 100 Essex Avenue, LLC.

According to Coldwell Banker, the property sold for $110,000 on February 22, 2016.

The Planning Board minutes from April 4, 2016 indicate that the applicant is going to improve 100 Essex Avenue as an office building that will be used for his own practice and that he will occupy the second floor. The first floor will be a rental unit. Each floor is 5,000 sq. feet.

The minutes also mention that Sam Renauro of SR3 Engineers purchased the adjacent lot to use for parking and “they are proposing to share the parking lot with the property at 100 Essex Avenue and the batting cages.”

However, Lot 3 is presently owned by the DOT and when they are finished their work, they will dedicate it to the Borough of Bellmawr. Renauro stated: “We cannot do any work to the parking lot until the DOT dedicates the land back to the Borough,” the minutes read.
