The minutes indicate that the applicant, John Valenti, proposed a minor sub-division at the corner of Worthington and Walnut Avenues. He plans to demolish the existing house and build two homes.

The Borough’s engineer, Tom Cundey, stated that there is no sidewalk on Walnut Avenue and that the applicant should comply with Borough Ordinance.

Planning Board member, Carl Klese, stated that the streets and curbs are being redone in the area.

The applicant agreed to do the sidewalk on Walnut Avenue.

Planning Board attorney, Mike McKenna, stated that the Board should grant approval with the following conditions:

  • Sidewalk along Walnut Avenue, frontage will be on Worthington Avenue and grading plans need to be approved by the engineer.

A motion was made to approve the minor sub-division contingent on attorney McKenna’s conditions.

There was no other business on the Planning Board’s agenda for November.
