Bellmawr Residents: Please Don’t Use the BGSL Fields as Place to Run Dogs

Councilman Jim D’Angelo said at Council’s monthly meeting on April 26 that the fields have been used to run dogs and recently, there have been a few incidences where people haven’t cleaned up after their dogs.

“It caused a problem,” he said. “The gates have been locked and we are asking the residents to not run their dogs at the softball fields.”

He said that there are plans for Public Works to build a dog park on the west side of town. “No specifics yet. That is coming.”
