Burlington Vicinage to Hold Virtual Expungement Informational Webinar Sept. 21

The Burlington Vicinage will hold a virtual expungement informational webinar on Tuesday, Sept. 21 from 4 to 5 p.m. via Zoom.

Brenda Roman Maneri, a member of the Burlington Vicinage Advisory Committee on Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement; Alexis Agre, an assistant Burlington County prosecutor; and Christopher Vanette, senior expungements attorney for South Jersey Legal Services, Inc. will give an overview of the expungement process.


Participants will learn what types of criminal records are eligible for expungement, the time requirements for eligibility and filing, how to prepare and file, and what to expect once the court grants an expungement.

The webinar is free and open to the public.

Pre-registration is not required.
