WHEN: Tuesday, September 25th at 9 a.m. to Wednesday, September 26th at 4 p.m.
WHY: The 6th Annual Delaware River Watershed Forum is a two-day conference that brings together organizations and individuals spanning the four watershed states of New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New York. The Forum allows for collaboration among those working in the watershed and provides capacity-building and outreach tools for conservation. In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the National Wild & Scenic Rivers Act, this year’s Forum will feature Tim Palmer, the author and photographer of 26 books about rivers, the environment, and adventure travel. As a writer, conservationist, and environmental planner, Tim has been involved in the Wild & Scenic Rivers system almost since its founding.
