On March 22, 2018, a Legal Notice was published stating that Focused Investment Partners, LLC has filed an application with the Bellmawr Planning Board seeking Amended Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval for the property located at 111 Coolidge Avenue, designated as Block 61, Lot 8 on the Borough of Bellmawr tax map, consisting of 1.5 acres (65,200 square feet) and located in the Light Industrial Zone.
Applicant is seeking to amend the prior site plan approvals granted on May 1, 2017 and August 7, 2017, which approvals were for the expansion of the existing main building on the property to facilitate an alternative treatment center for the growing, packaging and dispensing of medical cannabis.

Applicant now proposes to retain, rather than demolish, the 12,060 square foot second building on the property and to expand this building by approximately 3,980 square feet for cultivation purposes.
Applicant requests any variances and/or waivers that the Planning Board or its professionals may deem necessary upon its review of the application in order to obtain the requested approvals, including a parking variance, if necessary.
A public hearing before the Board is scheduled for April 2, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the courtroom of Bellmawr Borough Hall.

The application and any other supporting documents are on file with the Board Secretary and available for inspection prior to the hearing.
