Detectives Investigating Fatal Shooting of Mantua Man in Camden City

Detectives are investigating the fatal shooting of a man on Wednesday night in Camden City, reported Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez.

On June 28, 2023, at approximately 6:38 p.m., Camden County Police Department Officers were flagged down for a victim suffering from a gunshot wound at South 8th and Morgan Streets.

Officers arrived on scene and located the victim. The victim was transported by officers to Cooper University Hospital, and he was pronounced deceased at approximately 6:55 p.m.

The victim was identified as Kyle Wilson, 35, of Mantua.
