GlouCo Fugitive Investigations Unit Arrests Sexual Assault, Robbery Suspects

On November 14, officers from the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Fugitive Investigations Unit (FIU) arrested two fugitives for failing to appear at scheduled court hearings. Both fugitives were apprehended without incident.

Stacy B. Harden, 20, was taken into custody at his Glassboro residence.

Harden did not appear for a November 3, 2016 pre-arraignment conference on a second-degree sexual assault charge. He is accused of allegedly sexually assaulting a minor between 13 and 16 years old in Glassboro on March 1, 2014.

FIU officers also apprehended Mark A. Tymusczuk at his Mullica Hill residence. Tymusczuk had a warrant for failing to appear in drug court on November 2, 2016 related to a charge of second-degree conspiracy to commit robbery for his alleged involvement in a Deptford store on June 2, 2016.

The Glassboro Police Department assisted in Harden’s arrest. Harrison Township Police Department assisted in Tymusczuk’s arrest. Both defendants were turned over to the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Department for transport to jail and were to be held without bail.
