GTPD Crime Stoppers Investigating Key Theft/Vehicle Burglary

On Jan. 1, 2023, police state that the victim was shopping in the Nike Store and accidentally left their vehicle keys behind on a table. When the victim returned to the store, the keys were missing.

The Gloucester Township Police Crime Stoppers are requesting the public’s help with identifying an individual wanted for questioning in connection with an alleged theft of keys at the Nike store and motor vehicle burglary.

On January 1, 2023, police state that the victim was shopping in the Nike Store and accidentally left their vehicle keys behind on a table. When the victim returned to the store, the keys were missing.


The victim, after retrieving a spare set of keys, returned to their locked vehicle but discovered several items missing from the interior.

Nike Store’s video cameras captured the suspect male, wearing a bright yellow LA Dodgers hat, entering the Nike Store shortly after the victim left. The suspect was observed picking up the victim’s keys, concealing them in their pocket, and leaving the store moments later.
