An April, 2020 update from the Bellmawr Water Department regarding Perfluorononanoic acid (PFNA) at the Warren Avenue water treatment facility stated that the facility has been completely off-line since October 15, 2019 and has remained closed since that date.

At Bellmawr Council’s November 20, 2017 meeting, the plenary retail liquor license was approved for Bellmawr Redevelopment Partners, LLC for the period of September 28, 2017 through June 30, 2018.
On June 18, a CCMUA pump station adjacent to Big Timber Creek on Chews Landing Road lost power from PSE&G. The loss of power created a backup in the station and resulted in a spill of sanitary water into the Big Timber Creek.
The Bellmawr Water Dept. has issued its 2016 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report in compliance with Safe Drinking Water Act amendments.
