CamCo Prosecutor & Collingswood PD Investigating Loan Fraud

The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and the Collingswood Police Department are investigating an alleged fraudulent loan modification deal involving Scott Feltman, of Mt. Laurel, who operated under the name of Baymar Capital Funding, LLC.

According to a statement released today from the Camden County Prosecutor, Feltman has been charged with one count of third-degree theft by deception. He is alleged to have signed a contract with the victim to act as the mortgage broker for a loan modification. Over the course of two years, Feltman allegedly took money from the victim and never applied those funds towards the victim’s mortgage. The victim was ultimately evicted from the residence.

Detectives believe there could be more victims who have not come forward.

If you or someone you know has had dealings with Feltman or Baymar Capital, LLC, or you have information related to this type of fraudulent activity, you are urged to contact the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office Sergeant Michael Molle at 856-225-8674.
