A Public Notice was posted on March 22, 2019 giving notice of a $448,000 Bond Ordinance that authorizes the completion of various capital improvements for the Borough of Bellmawr’s water utility system.

On February 28, 2019, the Bond Ordinance was introduced and passed by Bellmawr Council on first reading and will be considered for final passage and adoption following a public hearing on April 25, 2019.
“The Bond Ordinance authorizes the completion of various capital improvements for the Borough’s water utility system, including but not limited to, the replacement of filter media and acquisition of a valve turning tool, together with the acquisition of all materials, equipment and completion of all work necessary,” the Legal Notice reads.
Copies of the Bond Ordinance will be made available at the Borough Clerk’s Office during the week prior to and up to the date of the public hearing.
