SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group recently completed a $8.82 million ground lease (land ownership) sale of a single-tenant property occupied by Wawa, located at 690 Crescent Boulevard in Brooklawn.
A new Chipotle restaurant is proposed for the building that use to house the closed AT&T store and before that, Taco Bell.
“Getting forever chemicals out of our local water system is one of my top priorities. This grant will help us achieve that goal by ensuring local water is clean and safe to drink,” said Brooklawn Mayor Teri Branella.

GoBrands, Inc., d/b/a GoPuff is looking to occupy the vacant 5,550 SF unit of the Brooklawn Shopping Center. GoPuff’s motto is “Order in seconds, delivered in minutes.”
The property is once again up for public sale.
The application will be heard virtually on Jan. 27, 2021.
