On November 13, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., a Special Public Hearing will be held before the Bellmawr Joint Land Use Board (JLUB) upon the application of Big Timber Junction LLC, the developer, for property located south of the intersection of Leaf Avenue and Harding Avenue for preliminary and final site plan approval or other related relief from JLUB.
The applicant seeks approval to develop a new waterfront park and a Class A Logistics Center, pursuant to and in accordance with the Bellmawr Waterfront Redevelopment Plan.

In August, 2022, SJO reported that a 17-Acre Waterfront Park with three distribution buildings are planned for the Bellmawr redevelopment area, and now the matter will be heard before the Bellmawr Joint Land Use Board.
The application will be heard at the Bellmawr Municipal Building, 21 E. Browning Road.
The public is welcome to attend.
