The Bellmawr Planning Board approved a motion at its June 4, 2018 meeting recommending to Mayor and Council that Block 80, Lot 2 (Anderson Avenue) be deemed for redevelopment.
In April, the Bellmawr Planning Board authorized Borough engineers, Remington and Vernick, to assist the Board in a preliminary investigation regarding 191 Anderson Avenue, Block 80, Lot 2.
In May, Remington and Vernick issued a Statement Setting Forth the Basis for a Preliminary Investigation for Determination of Eligibility for Declaration as a Non-Condemnation Area in Need of Redevelopment – 191 Anderson Avenue (rear).
