Weber’s Drive-In is under agreement. Tile Buyers Outlet has sold.
Appointments will be for an initial period of one year beginning February 17, 2022 and subject to the execution of an appropriate contract with the option for two additional one-year renewals.
The property is once again up for public sale.
The Brooklawn BOE has authorized the public sale of the St. Maurice property. Bids are due June 25, 2020.
